Application forms for all the products supplied by Hub financial services are available from all Hub stores. The staff will be able to assist in completing the applications if necessary.

VA Risk Management (Pty) Ltd
VA Risk Management are the administrators of the insurance products on behalf of the Hub stores. Contact us for any query with regards to cover that the products provide, premiums, duration of cover. In the event of a claim please contact VA as soon as possible after the insured event.

Guardrisk Life Limited
